We engaged Kim Ridings as agent on the recommendation of a relative who operates in the Real Estate Industry. We were particularly concerned that the agent we appointed was appropriate as we reside interstate and required someone in whom we had confidence in terms of integrity and reliability. Kim worked very diligently on our behalf and kept us fully informed on a regular basis. She also "went the extra mile". As an example, she emptied and cleaned the refrigerator after a power failure led to its contents decomposing. She communicated regularly with us, providing us with the outcome of each open-house inspection (of which there were seven) and followed-up all "open-house" visitors to ascertain their level of interest.
