Kim is a wonderful person who is a terrific Agent.

Because Kim is calm and serene she offers much to the selling and buying process that, for the buyer/seller, is very stressful. At times this experience is daunting for people of a certain age. They way things are done now is so different from decades ago. So I found that Kim kept me grounded and just loved the way she explained things, kept me informed and returned phone calls promptly.
