Late November 2016 my wife and I decided to sell our house, at that stage we hadn’t considered a estate agent at all but a friend of my wife suggested to call Barry Plant. We called the number given to us and was greeted with a very cheerful hello from the agent and a commitment to come around and discuss the potential sale. I had a plan in my head about how to sell our house and who we should be targeting and was nervous about how this plan would be perceived by the agent.
