I arrived from Russia seven months ago with big family and I was not familiar with local property market.It wasn't easy for us to find right affordable house.I met two different local agents and inspected several houses I was also communicating with them a lot by SMS and by phone for many days but we couldn't came to consensus because they wanted me to sign some documents and meet some of their requirements.
