This was a very hard property to sell as it was an investment property and could only be sold to investors. Kim kept me updated at all times and worked very hard to sell the property. Her description of the property when advertising was brilliant. She was also ver sensitive and professional as the sale was part of a settlement of a deceased estate. I highly recommend Kim and would use her again if needed
