Kim is a highly respected professional who started her working life as a primary school teacher.
With a strong family history in the Real Estate industry and a passion for buying, renovating and selling her own properties, it seemed a natural career path progression for Kim.
She first delved into the industry with the successful establishment of a holiday rental management business on the popular Fleurieu Peninsula, and now enjoys helping people buy and sell their valued properties.
Kim’s enthusiasm, sincerity, positive and passionate approach has helped build strong connections with clients and friends, leading to many referrals and repeat business.
“It’s all about building relationships, over delivering on service, advising on the best way to add value, having extensive market knowledge and listening to client needs and desires,” says Kim.
Kim has extensive knowledge of the Eastern and inner Southern suburbs through many years of living locally with her husband and three children, in addition to the eight years they spent in the South East township of Naracoorte.
With her children now young adults, Kim uses her spare time to hike the Adelaide Hills and visit the beautiful South Australian beaches with family and friends.
