We cannot thank Kim enough for her care and hard work before, during and after our campaign and sale. We experienced some complications with our sale and Kim was always there for us, working to resolve it and caring for us at the same time. She was always available when we needed to contact her and if she happened to be helping somebody else, her wonderful team, Richard and Carrie, were always there to help. She took care to explain every step along the way and to make sure we understood and were comfortable with everything.
