Kim is very easy to talk to and helps you with all the questions you might have.

Although I think it was the first time for Kim to sell a serviced apartment, (I might be wrong) she went above and beyond about to try and sell out serviced apartment. This was very much appreciated. She and her team have very good communication skills, marketing knowledge and negotiating skills. We were very happy to leave the sale in her hands.
