We met Kim when we were buying our house in Applecross. His enthusiasm and willingness to go above and beyond encouraged us to use him to sell our house in Booragoon. He provided us with a list of very useful contacts to complete repairs on our home. This, some good advertising and a friendly video made by Kim, resulted in the home being sold at the first open house.
Kim was quick to respond to my first call and then meet in person. Kim has a team that back him up. Their involvement in the process was great. He is up to date with the latest marketing technology. I assume Kim attended to the potential buyers promptly and with as much enthusiasm as he did with us. I suspect that ensures more buyers in the net and a quicker process. I found that other real estate agents were not able to focus on looking after my needs and were not as quick in responding. We got a buyer quickly and the process went through smooth even while Kim was overseas for part of it.
Before i chose Kim Turner Real Estate i had a few agencies round to get ideas of their plans to sell my property. To me, it seemed like they weren't fully engaged and focused on what you are paying them to accomplish and giving mine a comparison to other properties in the area and not truly valuing it for what it is worth . As we put our house on the market, the market slowed down. Kim persisted in finding a buyer until he found one. Unfortunately the buyer had a buyers agent, who seemed to want a new house, not mine. Needless to say it made our sale and Kims work difficult. Kim helped and guided us througt the process, and the sale went thought on time, and we got a good price for our house. Well done Kim.
