Disappointing & poor communication

Did not feel like they have been real estate agents for 20+ years. Felt very uncertain & unprofessional at times. No effort was made by Kim to sell our home & very little by Dean. Several contract, advertising & pricing mistakes were made. No apology or acknowledgment of how stressful this is on their sellers/buyers. Only told by admin how “smooth” our process was. Smoothly was the opposite.. Very disappointed by our experience, and unfortunately wouldn’t recommend.
