I recently undertook a full renovation of my property prior to selling and Kim and Dean gave me valuable advice and encouragement along a stressful way to ensure a great end product. Their knowledge of the market was fantastic, and this, with their marketing program I believe was fundamental to a quick sale. I was called after each home open to discuss outcomes, give me options and ask my opinion. I was always in control. Office support provided by Sammie ensured that all administration was completed efficiently (sale boards, information on photographers, furniture stagers, gardeners). I was always greeted with a smile if I had to visit the office. Dean makes a great coffee and there always seemed to be treats on offer in the office!!!! Kim and his Team provide an all-round service, they do not just sell houses!!!!!!
