Thanks for selling my house

When dealing with Kim I found her to be very professional, with nothing too much for her. When dealing with her we found her knowledge of the Sandhurst area to be second to none. We have never dealt with anyone before with such a passion for her job. If asked to recommend a Real Estate Agent Kim would be number one every time.

We considered a number of agents but feedback from friends who have worked with Kim convinced us to go with her. Kim's knowledge of the Sandhurst market gave us confidence, we had several groups come through each open inspection and we signed contracts within 3 weeks of going on the market, getting a price in our desired range, and a great settlement arrangement. We are very happy with the result.

You could have taken advantage of us, being from the other side of town and not knowing the area - relocating due to work. I did do a lot of research and spoke to many agents when looking for our home, but non compared to you. The real eye opener was when my husband told you he did not like the pool type fences around Sandhurst and you said, "Well, this property is not for you then". I clearly remember your statement and thought to myself... HUH this lady is not pushing for a sale, how honest is she with what she said. Any other agent would have said and done anything to make a sale, but not you. Another property we were looking at in the Sandarra Estate, the agent could not stop "bagging" Sandhurst. He devoted all his energy in speaking ill of Sandhurst instead of talking up Sandarra. I am happy we brought the house we did in Sandhurst, and unlike my husband I do love our pool fence.
