It was a pleasure to deal with Kim, originally as tenants of a property placed on the market for auction. We were always kept well informed about inspections, open houses, and the communication was second to none. Unbeknown to Kim, we had every intention of purchasing the unit, but kept our cards close, in order to assess the agency as future property managers, should we be successful with our purchase.
