Kim was always professional in her manner, friendly and positive. She was aware of other houses on the market, in the area and at a similiar price range. Communication was good, always giving me feedback after home opens. With the changing market because of rising interest rates, I feel Kim could have been more realistic with her initial value of my house, and thereafter more open with suggestions and direction for adjustments to the asking price. At the 'offer' stage, perhaps more knowledge of the buyer willing to negotiate price would have been helpful. Overall, my house was sold in a changing market, with Kim's help. This is very much appreciated.

If you want honesty and integrity, this is certainly the agent you should be using. Hard-working is an understatement. I emailed once late Sunday night and I got a reply that evening (which I was not expecting). There was also an issue with our buyers finances and she jumped on it straight away and fixed it! She got the house sold very quick and extremely professionally. I certainly wish I had used Kim for the sales of my previous properties.
