Kim has great market knowledge and is def. a good agent for the seller. In this case we were the buyers however our rights were also protected by Kim. Would have appreciated a heads up about the timing of our building inspection as the date was in the contract but we missed the window for things to be fixed. Other than that Kim looked after every detail with precision and was able to arrange our keys straight after settlement which was a great outcome. We are very happy with our new home and Kim was available to us for any issues arising after settlement. Thank you Kim! Terri & Noel
