Kim took the time to understand what our target sale price was and why which was so important to us. She has fantastic knowledge of the local area and she regularly communicated with us to provide updates. We had lots of extra questions and she was always there at the end of the phone to help, nothing was too much trouble and she made the sale of our home a very smooth experience.
