Kim and Ally were delightful to deal with, and always professional in their approach, and provided excellent advice, and to my surprise personally removed some of our clutter when they arranged the photoshoot (as we were interstate) and then when we fully vacated they arranged a second complimentary photoshoot taking advantage of the best angles and aspects of the property. Their marketing campaign was excellent, even securing special top of search possibilities for us at reduced rates, and we had three offers to consider in the space of a fortnight allowing us to select the one that best sorted our circumstances, and ultimately we secured a better price with a short settlement, so we are extremely pleased with the guidance and service provided by Carter & Co estate agents.
