Kimberley sold my property at a fairly difficult time when lots of similar properties had hit the market. Some are still lingering, unsold. Kimberley always advised interested parties of the strata rules and, although this meant we lost the interest of a couple of prospective buyers, I know that there will be no future conflicts as a result of someone buying the unit with unrealistic expectations. As a past officer on the strata committee I'm fully aware of the problems that can occur when an agent has focused purely on the sale of a property and not on the legalities affecting a strata corporation. Kimberley respected the well-being of the buyer and other owners within the group. She has integrity and provided all prospective buyers with the appropriate information about the strata group. This, I believe, is an obligation but unfortunately it is not adhered to by all selling agents. My property was realistically priced and sold relatively quickly in a somewhat difficult market. Thanks to Kimberley for her enthusiasm, her knowledge of the market and her integrity toward me, the seller, and towards the buyer. I would recommend her to anyone interested in selling their property.
