Kim and her assistant Nicole went above and beyond to sell our house in a time where 2 lockdowns meant we could only have 3 open houses and almost every day threw a new hurdle at us. Despite that there were over 10 registered buyers at our online auction and the result well and truly exceeded our expectations. Given the COVID restrictions the communication between Kim and myself was first class. We had a long list of questions, as we could not initially visit the property, and she responded quickly with clear answers which would suggest she had a good relationship with the Vendor. When restrictions lifted she organised a number of inspections in the short space of time available before the auction. Kim was a great support on the day of the auction, being aware of course she was working for the Vendor.
