Being based in Sydney during covid this was never going to be easy, however Kim went above and beyond, providing the right amount of information when necessary to ensure I was across everything I needed to be. Always available by phone (and if on the rare occasion she wasn't, a quick text would come through explaining why), the stress was taken out of the process.
