When the first home she showed us wasn't what we were looking for, she found us one that ticked almost every box. She answered every question, investigated to get us answers to the ones she could not answer herself, and she conveyed information from the vendor in timely manner. Honestly, I can't fault her at all. The entire sale process has been incredibly smooth and seamless. After feeling let down by a few other agents, dealing with Kimberley was like a breath of fresh air, and so far we are extremely happy with the whole experience.
