Kimberley was very enthusiastic about selling this house. She kept in constant contact and spared no effort to answer any questions we had. After spending several months looking for a home and viewing far too many properties every weekend, we have dealt with a lot of real estate agents, including scheduling private inspections and making or attempting to make offers on other properties. Our experience with Kimberley Ferguson, even before we made the offer, was that she was substantially more professional and communicative than her peers. She was totally on the ball and was helpful and informative without crowding us and making us feel like potential money in her pocket (as some others had). She was clearly well-acquainted with the neighbourhood and the local real estate market, and did I mention that she was professional and communicative? Because more than anything else, that's what really stood out to us. We have had other agents miss appointments, ignore messages, and even ignore an offer we made to the detriment of the final sale.
