It was likely that there would be a limited number of genuine buyers and it would be up to Kingsley to identify the genuine buyers and hopefully negotiate a sale This proved correct and on Auction day there was only one genuinely interested party .Kingsley did an excellent job working with the one buyer to help them raise their expectations on what the property was worth and what they would need to offer to secure it .
