Kip was very pleasant to deal with and was prompt in responding to my messages. He was helpful in answering any of my questions. Kip tried to assist me with the purchase of a smaller home, but he didn't have any properties that were suitable for me. As he advised me, it was difficult to purchase another property when it is subject to sale, as sellers were wanting deals and for me, I was competing against first home buyers. Overall, he did a great job! I can definitely recommend him.

Kip was great from the start. Not pushy, but still accommodating, didn't promise the world, and delivered what he proposed was reasonable, which was more than reasonable to us. Would recommend and contract with in the future.
