Recently purchased a property from Rey Properties. The experience was below par. I felt rushed throughout the process and always felt like we were being pushed the seller's agenda. We didn't feel like we were supported or given clear and concise information regarding a lot of things. A lot of their documentation proved to be amateurish with us having to pay for things that normally the seller would provide. A lot of empty promises in regard to how the property would be handed over to us with most of it not being fulfilled. We loved the property and I guess we made that too apparent to them and we felt like this was taken advantage of a bit too much. Felt very used. Would not recommend going through them and I know I definitely will not be.
