We have had agents handling our property in Melbourne for a number of years now. I found kirk through an Internet search, and he responded in a Sunday night. With a report. And has done everything he's promised- and more. There is no way we would have achieved the price we did without kirk's attention to detail, his ability to deal with our difficult tenants, and a 'can do' attitude - that resulted in a near record price for our sale. i had given up hope of finding people that make things happen, and I can't recommend kirk and his team highly enough. 11/10 kirk.
Kirk has now sold two properties on our behalf. Kirk and his team worked tirelessly and energetically to present the first property in a far better condition than the tenants had left it and it was sold following the first open inspection. However, the second sale was a different proposition altogether. The eventual buyers were particularly protracted regarding their opinions. Kirk and his team worked patiently through these intense, problematic negotiations to render every possible assistance to these intractable buyers, occasionally at his own expense. One element of Kirk’s campaigns stands out in particular and obviously has merit - in both States he held regular open inspections - not following the usual trend of agents asking prospective buyers to register for an appointment. On occasion he made individual appointments to suit buyers if they were unable to attend the scheduled opens. We are convinced that this is a major contributing factor in obtaining best sale prices in both streets.
