She provides practical advice on how to present your home for subsequent home opens or inspections by prospective purchasers. When she said she had a couple interested in a home like ours they subsequently ended up buying it!!! In the end we did not need any home opens to sell our home, which can be an intrusive period even though it is usually a necessity. Kirrily even helped us to negotiate a mutually agreeable settlement date with the vendor of the home we subsequently purchased. This was going beyond her core responsibilities and demonstrates explicitly that she has the interests of her clients at heart. We could not recommend her highly enough.
