From the time of appraisal right to the time of settlement Kirrily was always informative and kept us in touch with what was happening. At appraisal Kirrily was factual with what she believed the property could bring. She offered examples of similar properties in the area and what they had sold for or were on the market for. Within 24hours of listing the home she was back with a very generous offer, well over what we thought we could achieve. The home was bought by an Eastern state buyer and Kirrily along with our conveyancer kept us up to date with procedures and explained what was happening when there were delays.
