Kirrily went out of her way to organise extra viewings for us so we could measure to fit in our furniture. Also enabled us to have the garage door opener and access to the backyard so we coud take some things over early which made such a huge difference to us. Kirrily knew the local market really well, we had a value in mind, Kirrily’s valuation was what we to expect due to the down turn, the property went live on a Wednesday and was sold STC within a week, this was purely down to Kirrily’s knowledge of the market at that time, we were both very impressed with Kirrily at Harcourts.
