Very quick to respond to requests for clarification of issues. Friendly and professional. Strict but fair when complying with settlement regulations. Tries to be a fair umpire and negotiator between buyer and vendor - when stormy waters need to be calmed and everyone is panicking because of the slowness of banks especially after the Royal Banking Commission.
