After experiencing difficulties in the past with other agents, we found Kirrily very easy and pleasant to deal with. Kirrily was very professional, was always available and communicated well at every opportunity. Overall she made our purchase straightforward and hassle free. Consequently we would have no hesitation in highly recommending Kirrily.
We bought this property through Kirrily a couple of months ago. As this was our first home in Australia we were really nervous about the procedures we need to follow. However, with the help and knowledge from Kirrily the process was smooth and without any problems. She interacted with us the whole time and kept us up to date about everything. Very good experience working with her and we would recommend her any time.
Kirrily is by far the best Sales Rep I have had the pleasure to deal with. She lives in the area and knows it well! Nothing was too much trouble: her communication was second to none and anything she could do to make our part of the process easier, she was more than happy to do. If you're looking for someone you can trust to keep your best interests in mind, you could not go past Kirrily Macri.
Kirrily answered all my questions and went out of her way to make the buying process as smooth as possible. Kirrily is a thorough agent with excellent after sales service and I would definitely choose her to sell a property for me.
We had the pleasure of having Kirrily Macri as our agent. She is professional, knows the market well, and gets on and does the job. She sold our house in 3 days for above the asking price. What more could you ask from an agent. It was a fantastic experience for us and we highly recommend Kirrily.
My wife and I have used Kirrily on many occasions now and would not use anyone else. Her attention to detail, availability to chat with us and her open communication make her a pleasure to deal with. She is honest and very commited to making sure we are looked after. As a result I have referred her to friends and colleagues alike. She is the most professional and hard working agent I have encountered.
We loved dealing with Kirrily from the very first moment. She put us at ease and was a wealth of information about the property. There was no heavy sales pitch and no self inflated sales ego. She listened to what we wanted and without heavy sales pressure. Kirrily is a straight shooter who knows her industry and brings a wealth of valuable knowledge for her clients. As buyers we felt equally looked after and important. She advised us through the negotiation and purchasing assisting us to secure our dream family home. She is the consummate professional.
Kirrily is a fantastic agent , straightforward and hard working.
Kirrily was very helpful from signing the contract to receiving the keys. She kept me updated through a pretty stressful time, at no fault of hers (Useless finance person) I would use Kirrily again.
