Friendly, responsive and efficient!

We purchased an investment home through Kirrily and her team and we could not fault any part of the process. We found Kirrily to be extremely responsive to any enquiries, regardless of how big or small they were. If Kirrily was unavailable then the questions were always answered promptly by Kayla. Everything was done as it said it would be and we never had to chase things up. It is always nice to have a friendly person to deal with who doesn't just treat you like its just another sale. Kirrily takes the time and effort to make sure everything is done correctly the first time. Whilst the team behind Kirrily have many services to offer when buying an investment property, I loved that the information about them was given but we were never pressured to commit to them. When we did find services we wanted to use (property management for us), Kirrily was very efficient in assuring the contacts were made to get everything in place, always checking to ensure the job had been done. We would definitely recommend Kirrily and her team to anyone looking for an agent.
