We made her job harder by giving the market a try at a higher price, but she was willing to go along with our plan of having it high and then regularly dropping the price until we had a decent offer. She was excellent at keeping me updated all along the way and was also very good at returning my phone calls at her first appropriate opportunity. I also appreciated that she didn't take any calls when she was meeting with me. We had a hiccup towards the end of what we though was a definite sale and she was prepared to communicate further with the potential buyers, even meeting with me on site on a Sunday and passing on all relevant info to the buyers, which eventually caused a change in mind and the sale went ahead.
