Kirsten exceeded all of our expectations. Gave honest advise and feedback. Went over and beyond with communication. When first offer fell through she had several people lined up for a home home within a couple of days and that resulted in an even higher offer second time around.
Kirstin and the team are very hard working dedicated, professional group of people Kirstin was more then helpful with every step of the way kept me updated all the time, handled everything with ease and a big smile on her face truly fantastic experience for me, saved me a lot of time and worry, I would highly recommend Kirstin to all my friends .
Kirsten and Brian were wonderful with the sale of the house (Semple Property group) very professional warm and caring and could highly recommend them
Kirstin and the Semple team were very professional through out the whole process. She is very knowledgeable in current market conditions which meant she achieved our goal. We couldn't recommend Kirstin any higher.
My mum was a nervous buyer, got cold feet in the middle and Kirsten did all she could to ease Mum's concerns. In the end, Mum is happy and I am so grateful for Kirsten's understanding!!! Second purchase through Kirsten, highly recommend!!
Kirstin and team provided me with support throughout my selling experience; from guidance on the best path through renovations, decisions around best time of the year to sell and knowledgeable direction around pricing. Driving around the Cockburn area it is clear to see the local experience they have and the regard held for the agency by the local community by the number of signboards out on lawns, direct evidence of their success. I would not hesitate to recommend Kirstin and her amazing team to anyone looking to sell or rent their home.
Kirstin runs a great small business. It is clear her family values translates with all her team. It is really helpful to have a team model rather than just 1 agent who is working for you, it means more home opens, regular updates and ensuring property is well represented. Kirstin and Luke made our sale easy and I found their supportive and consultative approach very helpful.
Kirstin was right on the ball with a market that was very hard to read and did an amazing job to secure a very reasonable offer. Overall her service and that of the Semple Property Group team have been top rate, much of the worry and fear of moving from one home to another was alleviated by the professional and solid background work put in. Very much Appreciated.
Kirstin and her team achieved a great outcome for us. Especially after we originally listed with another agent. Their reporting and follow up were ideal, certainly better than the previous agent. They were also always ready to help with anything we needed with the house whilst it was on the market as we weren't living in the metro area. A great team that works well together to get the job done with no BS.
10/10 experience. Nothing was difficult and always felt in the loop along the way, Kirstin and team were lovely, friendly and easy to speak to, but also professional.
Kirstin was very professional, reliable and knowledgeable. She was able to secure multiple offers for our property in a tough market, and was always very honest with her assessments. We would highly recommend her services for anyone looking to sell their property!
Prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable
