I'd just like to comment briefly on the great service offered by Kirsty Markezic of Wauchope Real Estate whilst I was looking to buy a property. Kirsty only offered to show me the properties that were the type I was looking for, which made it easier for me to make a decision to buy. Before, during and after negotiations with the vendor I had a number of questions which I needed answers for, Kirsty responded to these questions almost immediately every time, and what she didn't have an answer for, she went away, found the answer and got back to me very quickly. I could not have asked for any better service than what was offered, very friendly and very professional and highly recommended for anyone wanting to purchase a local property in the Wauchope area.
Kirsty did a wonderful job achieving the sale of my property located within a suburb with very low turnover of residential home sales. The ad she created was perfect and she kept it fresh by reviewing and updating it every few weeks. The photographer she recommended created images that made the property shine. She was extremely professional throughout the whole process and went out of her way to assist me in every way. Communication was amazing!
