She constantly and consistently kept in touch with us, through phone calls, emails, market reports and face to face meetings. Kirsty was honest and genuine, keeping us in the loop regarding any changes or fluctations with activity around our sales campaign and was able to confidently deal with prospective buyers on our behalf. I felt the negotiation process could have been more aggressive however I would put this down to a "style" perference rather than a reflection of her skill or ability which exceeded our expectations.
