A couple of years ago Mike and Kirsty had helped me sell my first home, with an amazing result. So I convinced my husband to meet with them to sell our current home. He loved them immediately. From our initial conversation with Kirsty and Mike about selling our home we felt so comfortable. From delivering dinner to us to making sure our pets were secure during our open home, Kirsty and Mike really do go above and beyond. We are always dubious that an agent or person can attain a 5 star review as we’re all humans and would inevitably do something that just doesn’t hit that mark HOWEVER after choosing Kirsty to sell our home (her current 4.9 star rating convinced us to giver he a go) she most definitely is a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Agent!! We cannot say enough words of praise about Kirsty Dutney-Jones' performance from when we invited her to do an appraisal of our property to now, two weeks before the sale settles. A bubbly personality with an obvious love and knowledge of her profession. Initially, we believe, Kirsty over-valued our property but corrected that hiccup and was always available when we needed assistance. Ky was a pure delight to do business with. It was not only up to the time a binding contract of sale was achieved, but ever so importantly she continued to offer sterling service as we sought to purchase elsewhere in the same locality. Following up contact from potential buyers seems to be sadly lacking within the Ipswich real estate industry, if our experience is a guide. There were exceptions, with Kirsty right at the top of the ladder. All we really needed to say was "job well done, and thank you".
