I was full of hope with this agency. Although they did eventually sell my house after I had to reduce the price dramatically. I was promised a lot and did not feel it was all delivered. An small example was I was thanked by a phone call for my house selling & promised a thank you gift. I had not expect one, but when you are told you are receiving something and it never comes. There is then let down. I was told Kirsty would look after me and she did not. I want to be able to take people at their word. They were not as bad as previous agent. But did not live up to expectations. Office staff however were lovely and helpful.

The house was listed with another agent for 90 days with only 2 people attending open house in that time. Within 3 days of listing with Crowne we had 4 families through the house and within 3 weeks we had an offer and sale. I would use Crowne in a heartbeat should I ever decide to sell a house again.
