Although I did not deal with Kirsty , I found that Angela was frank and answered my queries as best she could . My only suggestion is that the Auction process was difficult as I was asked to reset my password twice for unknown reasons and the process froze during the actual auction. Nothing beats one in your rooms so we can all see who is bidding
