Kody was phenomenal!! After selling me my home 6 years ago to listing it for sale for me now, I cannot recommend him enough. His relaxed manner but still very informative when needed is exactly what you want as your real-estate agent. Not pushy but leaves nothing out. He sold my home in 4 days and still included the exact unorthodox T&C I required and got the price I was hoping for not just what I needed. Alex.C
