Koji has provided a very good communication with us when we purchased the property from him. He disclosed information honestly when we asked about some questions. He shows his professionalism by able to answer every little question we asked about the property. He is responsible and does what he promised. He will negotiate between the seller and purchaser and work things out for you. We are using Century 21 Shore as our managing agent now and they have found a tenant for us much quicker than what we expected with rent payment much higher than we asked for.
