We recently bought our home with the help of Komal, and we couldn't be happier with the service she provided. Komal made the whole process easy and stress-free for us. One of the things that stood out was her willingness to arrange private inspections for us. She was quick to respond to our inquiries and always made herself available, which we really appreciated. Her promptness in getting back to us with information or updates was impressive. We are grateful for her assistance and couldn't have asked for a better agent.

Their services are excellent and I'm recommend all people to take services from them because they have great experience.

Good and enthusiasm

Komal is a very friendly well mannered person. Loved having her as our agent. She helped us in so many ways and managed to present us a great offer for our house. Highly recommend her.

After trying our luck with another agency for 3 months and had no luck. Komal came and gave us the confidence to sell and achieve the desired price. She knows the strategy to get you the best. Highly recommended!

Komal is the best real estate agent I have so far met in my short stay in Australia for the last 3.5 years buying the second house. She is very professional friendly and excellent too in building a good rapport with both vendor and buyer. She is a young lady with sound knowledge of the property market both buying and selling and also on rental market. She's got a great knowledge about surrounding suburbs, their market values, and thereon she knew how to sell that knowledge to the buyers so that the buyer couldn't walk away from the property that she was trying to sell. Komal as a friendly polite young lady being very genuine professional, helped us a lot in selecting the best option according to our affordability. Being a buyer from Tasmania came to Melbourne inspecting a number of houses in one day, Komal was very supportive, patient, and understanding giving us the opportunity to select what we wanted. She never chased us coming behind making a force to buy a property that she directed us for inspections. She gave her fullest support taking me to several properties even making quick ad hoc appointments with several vendors giving me a wider range of opportunity to make the best decision. She is very efficient, very professional and most importantly very patient and gave us the freedom to make our own decisions giving us enough time with true facts of the properties that she was handling with. I wish this trustworthy young professional an awesome career development in future endeavours. Finally would like to say that, I'm always thankful and grateful for Komal for giving me the opportunity to go and see this property 82 Murray Rd Thornhill Park and at last to own it. My dream house came true just because of Komal. Komal is very reliable really good at negotiation and she can match our preferences with properties in the market and present her clients with "custom made" properties. Highly recommend her service at any stage any suburb in property business.
