When I first saw the pink and blue houses in the estate, I found them very unique and attractive. I contacted Komal to enquire about the properties and decided to attend inspections. She met us in Rockbank and patiently showed us many houses, but we were impressed by two of them. Komal truly understood our requirements and what we were looking for. As this is our first home, her guidance meant a lot to us. She was very honest and transparent about all the house details. My husband and I liked two houses and needed time to decide between them. We requested multiple inspections and she never hesitated - always on time and giving us positive vibes and confidence. She even worked with us while she was in offshore, which we really appreciate and which truly sets her apart. Compared to other agents, Komal stood out for her genuine care and professionalism. Finally, we decided on one house and purchased it, and we are extremely happy and satisfied. Because of her encouragement and positive words, we confidently went ahead with the purchase. She always used to say, “This house is waiting for you,” which gave us so much confidence. She is sweet, caring, and truly the best. I loved the way she understands clients and takes action immediately. She also responds quickly, even after work hours and during holidays.
