I was happy to have come across Komal, an excellent sales executive, who has managed to get me to come and visit, then sent me the link to register. I was not sure whether I would attend the auction as I live in Hampton Park which was quite far from Werribee. She gave me a phone call to follow up with me and did encourage me to attend without putting any pressure on me, very soft spoken and very mature in her interaction, she convinced me. I know how auction is carried out and I have attended many of them, so I made my research and I was certain not to buy as soon as it reaches $500,000. Finally, I bought the property at a little more than I planned to pay and no regrets, thanks to Komal.
