Kosta has a very thorough market knowledge, and ensured I got the right price for my house. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He was also extremely professional in all aspects.

We just purchased a property through Mcgrath New Lambton. The sales agent Kosta was one of the worst real estate agents that I have come across. His phone manner was rude and abrupt and his text messages were no better. For example, the first time my husband contacted Kosta he called on a private number. Kosta's response to this, "It does my head in when people call on a private number". So beware that this is how Kosta answered the phone to us, the prospective buyers. He reeked of arrogance and I am disgusted at how he dealt with everyone involved in the purchase of our property. It was agreed that prior to settlement two corner kitchen cupboard doors would be fixed. Upon inspection the kitchen cupboard doors were fixed, but it was obvious that they hadn't been fixed by a professional. The wrong hinges had been used and they didn't even fold like cupboard doors should. Instead of just admitting that they weren't fixed properly, Kosta told us that they were fixed by a professional and his attitude was appalling to say the least. He called the vendor and put him on loud speaker and essentially told the vendor what to say by asking leading questions. It was so unprofessional, untruthful and awkward. Either he thought we were stupid or he has a very low standard. For a real estate agent he lacks people skills and I would not get him to sell your property - I would imagine you would lose sales due to his attitude. Mcgrath real estate wanted to take over the lease agreement for our property, but due to Kosta's rude, arrogant behaviour there is no way we would trust Mcgrath to take over as property managers.
