Our family have been searching for a house that would suit our extended family for a number of years. Over that time, we have had to deal with a range of different agents, and this has reminded us time and time again how fantastic Kosta is. From actually remembering our names to reaching out every couple of months to check in and see how our search was going, he has gone above and beyond. He finally found us a place off-market that had everything we needed. He communicated clearly and efficiently throughout the sale process and was able to chase up all the answers to our questions about the property. If we were looking to sell, Kosta is the only agent we would consider. As well as having had a fantastic purchasing experience, we have also dealt with Kosta at many open houses over the years that we didn't purchase. He has always acted professionally and provided realistic information about the property and the sale price. You couldn't ask for a better agent, plus one time he gave away free ice-cream :)
