Down sizing what an experience!!

We chose 3 real estates to help sell our beautiful home. We met with Kosta and then met the following estate agents the next day. After talking with the other 2 we knew we would go with Kosta. Why? That’s simple we knew we needed someone who would fight for us and do all he could to make sure we not only sold our home but received what we all decided the house was realistically worth. Some of the open houses were disappointing, we arrived back after the open house to find we didn’t have anyone come to inspect our home. At these times Kosta remained positive, encouraging and his attitude helped us believe in him and that we had chosen the right agent to help us. Throughout the weeks it took to sell our home, Kosta and his staff kept us informed of who had looked at our home and their comments as well as encouraging us to stay patient because a buyer was out there somewhere. Kosta was the total professional in all he said and did, the advertising he organised on our behalf was brilliant, from photos, video to the printed brochures. It would be my pleasure to highly recommend Kosta and the staff from Ray White Real Estate to anyone seeking an honest, considerate and totally professional real estate agent to represent them.
