I met Kosti when I visited an inspection locally quite some months ago. He established a very positive relationship with the whole family and worked constructively with us as we navigated the complexity of SACAT orders for our elderly family member to sell my elderly relatives house when it was time. Not only is Kosti’s general manner and communication skills excellent, his problem solving skills and negotiating skills are really second to none. We felt very catered to and our needs understood and when it was time to sell, he was off!
