Focused on building trust.
Upon deciding to sell my property I reached out to three Real Estate agents, one of whom was Kris Hellier.
Initially; at our first contact, I was uplifted from the 'no end in sight' feeling, which I had in the process of making my home presentable for sale.
Kris changed that, not just initially, as I expected from a sales person, but he maintained the objective that we both succeed and achieve the best possible outcome. What he said to me at our first meeting regarding helping me through the process and the sales price he felt he could achieve; he did.
He never wavered and was consistent, dependable, friendly and endlessly patient. All communication was responded to positively and without delay.
Having lived and worked in Canberra all his life, he has home grown and commercial knowledgeable of it's fabric, and many contacts in the building industry. This is valuable, especially for a seller not familiar with Canberra, or distant from their property, as Kris can arrange and follow through on every aspect of project management.
Any question I had regarding trade work I required, he would follow through with assistance to whatever level I requested. This far exceeded any previous interaction I've had with other real estate agents.
Most of us are familiar with the cliché remark about car salesmen and real estate agents and possibly have become accustomed to that being the norm. From what Kris demonstrated to me, this is not the case with him.
Ethically he is faultless. This is an indication of his attention to detail, which serves, not only himself and his professional standing well, but works to the benefit of the person he is working for - you. He acts responsibility in all areas to secure and maintain a trusted and respected position in the eyes of his peers, his co workers and associates, the real estate institute and the ACT community.
Kris is young, very personable, energetic and thoroughly focused on achieving success for everyone.
He won't let you down.
