Kris and Anna went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went as smoothly as possible. Kris supported us and ended up waiting over 2 years for our build to finish so we could finally list the property we needed to sell. Kris was super helpful, patient and ensured that we understood what was happening every step of the way in the lead up to listing and then had the property online and sold very quickly for us - For more then we expected and with a short settlement too! This was a relief due to an impending & subsequently impatient baby. The baby decided to arrive halfway through the 28 day settlement period - Kris and Anna took care of everything they possibly could and made sure everything ran smoothly.

Kris made the process of selling from interstate seamless. He managed all the trades coming in to do repairs/improvements and communicated regularly throughout. Kris always provided advice at each step, but presented everything as an option so we never felt pressured into doing things a certain way if we weren't comfortable with it.
