A Positive Experience for Both Seller and Buyer

From listing to unconditional was 4 weeks which is exceptional particularly as the marketing had been delayed so it was not an ideal start and it rained during the second open house. Despite this Kris had three live opportunities as he brokered a successful result for us and the new owners.
