The first and only open house had 30 viewings, resulting in multiple suitable offers and found the perfect buyers. Kris helped us with every aspect of the sale process and was meticulous in following up on all the paperwork. Both Kris and Amanda were very considerate of my parents needs throughout the process and kept us all up to date in a timely fashion. They both provided excellent advice and problem solving and their advertising campaign was amazingly effective. The photos and videos of the property were superb. Selling a house is a complicated and stressful affair and having trustworthy and highly skilled agents to help is a must. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them both and would certainly request their services if needed in future.
